Job Summary
You will lead development teams technically and demonstrate how to effectively use GenAI throughout the entire software lifecycle.
You will establish working methods where tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Review Agents, and test/documentation assistants are used as a matter of course.
You will coach developers on responsible and efficient AI utilization, establish best practices, guidelines, and living playbooks, and stay current with GenAI developments.

Experience with AI-assisted development tools
Experience with microservices, APIs, and modern deployment environments
