As the first point of contact to the customer you ensure customer satisfaction with your open and proactive communication.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

5 years product troubleshooting experience
3 years project management experience
Business fluent English
GIS / GCB experience preferred
Project management certification highly desired
SAP experience as well as product knowledge in GCB and/or GIS is ideal
