Job Summary

• The CPS North America Engineering & Master Plan Program Director leads Engineering, Automation, and Master Plan programs, accountable for developing and executing the Master Plan and Capital Expenditures (CapEx) portfolio.
• This role drives strategic alignment by translating business objectives into actionable investment and capability roadmaps, managing an annual capital investment portfolio typically ranging from USD 20–40 million.
• The Director will lead and develop the Engineering and Automation organizations, building a high-performance team culture focused on accountability, technical excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
