The Commercial Training & Enablement Specialist is responsible for the E2E management of commercial training courses and workshops, overseeing enablement initiatives, and facilitating internal communications.
Responsibilities include overseeing commercial training and learning programs, collaborating with business groups to establish competency models, leading enablement initiatives, and managing digital platforms.

Must-have
E2E management of commercial training
overseeing enablement initiatives
facilitating internal communications
technical and non-technical competency development
onboarding processes for CSO new hires
administration of training content on digital platforms
managing digital platforms (e-culture, e-learning, SharePoint)
developing and maintaining content
coordinating training events
managing reading-corner resources
key contact with CSO leadership team
branding narratives and customer impact stories
Nice-to-have
proactive attitude
strong learning capabilities
enthusiasm for delivering results under pressure
Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent
3-5 years of relevant work experience
Project management experience is essential
Strong oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
Extensive experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
SharePoint platform management experience is an advantage
