  • The Commercial Training & Enablement Specialist is responsible for the E2E management of commercial training courses and workshops, overseeing enablement initiatives, and facilitating internal communications.
  • Responsibilities include overseeing commercial training and learning programs, collaborating with business groups to establish competency models, leading enablement initiatives, and managing digital platforms.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience

  • Extensive experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • SharePoint platform management experience is an advantage
  • Travel is required
