Job Summary

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade web, API, and integration solutions within the compliance domain, owning application and integration architecture.
  • Drive the transition from UI-led solutions to AI-enabled and API-driven experiences, supporting the firm’s “AI for all” strategy and partnering with the Colleague CIO organisation.
  • Provide technical leadership across distributed, cross-functional teams, ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and operational stability, while establishing and governing API standards and engineering best practices.
