  • The Director of Portfolio Management is responsible for the strategic oversight, performance, and optimization of a defined portfolio of MRI Software customers, owning portfolio-level outcomes including revenue retention, net expansion, churn mitigation, and customer health.
  • This role partners closely with Sales, Account Management, Renewals, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to define portfolio strategy, prioritize resources, and drive consistent execution across large and complex customer segments.
