  • 15+ years Construction underwriting experience
  • Deep expertise in EAR (Engineering and Architecture Risks)
  • Experience with large corporate international insurance
  • Ability to manage NA CAR P&L and production targets
  • Strong relationship management with brokers and clients

Nice-to-have

  • Degree in Construction, Engineering, Economics, or Law
  • Data analytics capability for business efficiency
  • Experience in global product strategy development
  • Leadership skills for training and team management

Key Requirements

  • At least 15 years of profitable Construction & Engineering underwriting experience
  • Expert technical background in EAR and large complex risks
  • Preferred degree in Construction, Engineering, Economics, Law, or related discipline
