Job Summary
Perform failure analysis on failed PCBAs and electronic components, troubleshooting issues using schematics and test data to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
Support and improve electronics test systems by developing or modifying test software and scripts to enhance fault detection and reduce escapes.
Provide hands-on electronics support on the production floor and collaborate with Quality, Production, and R&D teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing support
Experience with electronics failure analysis and root cause methodologies
Working knowledge of electronics test software development or scripting
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
