• This role is accountable for driving step-change improvements in performance by improving efficiency through our systems and fulfillment processes.
• You will own efficiency metrics end to end by enabling operational processes, building systematic tools and net-new ways of operating, and report on metrics.
• We are hiring a few Managers on our Central Operations team to innovate and improve the way we think about operational efficiency.
