Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring the highest degree of quality care.
You will participate in developing policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs while assisting the Director of Nursing in managing the department.
The role requires ensuring all nursing personnel comply with job descriptions and that residents receive appropriate direct nursing care including IVs and specimen collection.

Key Requirements
Current active RN license in the state
Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum 2 years experience in long-term care
Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
Current CPR certification
Maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
