Job Summary
The Business Excellence & Engineering Coordinator provides specialized administrative support to the Business Excellence, Engineering, and Facilities teams, ensuring the smooth execution of procure-to-pay processes, effective supplier and payment follow-up, and the administration and maintenance of the CMMS.
Responsibilities include creating and tracking purchase requisitions, following up on invoices and payments, maintaining supplier communication, and administering CMMS data for accuracy and integrity.
The role is designed to reduce administrative burden on engineers and leaders, prevent purchasing delays and payment issues, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of maintenance and operational data.
