Job Summary
Responsible for leadership and oversight within Security Services operations, including managing crisis situations, personnel, financials, and fostering an environment highly supportive of safety, teamwork, and superior service.
Trains, coaches, encourages, teaches, and mentors staff to achieve superior team results, and completes scheduling, computer administration duties, monitors team reports, statistics, and employee performance evaluations.
Ensures compliance with regular Life Safety, elopement, infant abduction, and fire alarm testing, and works to ensure Parking Services equipment, cash register, and related systems function properly.
