As a key player in the Site Leadership Team, the Mgr, Environmental, Health & Safety advances a culture of EHS excellence where everyone is engaged, empowered and innovative.
This position is responsible for executing strategies, managing systems, developing people, and delivering effective communications to ensure the Yazoo City Complex operates within all applicable laws and regulations in a safe, environmentally responsible manner.

Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in Safety, Health and Environmental or related Engineering field
10 years of directly-related experience in environment and safety
5 years of managerial experience
Proficient in Microsoft IT environment
Strong organization, verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated leadership capabilities
Strong change management skills
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
Ability to deal effectively and diplomatically with regulatory authorities
