Must-have
7+ years finance experience
4+ years FP&A function management
3+ years people management experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance or quantitative discipline
Nice-to-have
MBA or CFA/CPA license preferred
8+ years FP&A experience
Strategic thought partnership skills
Ability to challenge status quo
Key Requirements
At least 7 years of experience in Finance, Business Analytics, Accounting, or Strategy Consulting
At least 4 years' experience managing an FP&A function
At least 3 years of people management experience
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or other quantitative discipline
