Must-have
Salesforce configuration within Sales Cloud
Technical support to Salesforce users globally
Experience with workflows, validation rules, triggers
Reports and dashboards development
ITIL methodologies in enterprise Salesforce projects
User access rights management
Metadata analysis and troubleshooting
Nice-to-have
Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
Strong communication and analytical skills
Agility in adapting to rapid changes
Team player with mentoring abilities
Familiarity with ServiceNow ticket management
CRM Analytics administration experience
Ability to document end-to-end processes
Key Requirements
3+ years experience in enterprise-level Salesforce projects
Bachelor or Master Degree
Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience configuration
Experience documenting business processes and system designs
Intermediate Salesforce Administration and Configuration skills
