Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other relevant engineering related field
  • Proven experience in Systems Engineering for Site Technology Solutions
  • Proven experience leading projects with empathy and conflict management
  • Model-based Systems Engineering Experience preferred
  • Prior development experience with Onboard/Embedded Software Development preferred
  • Prior experience with Caterpillar Products and Tools preferred
