Job Summary

• The Advanced Practice Patient Safety and Quality role conducts patient safety event reviews and supports quality action planning for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
• This role ensures patient safety events, including near misses and adverse outcomes, are identified, reported, reviewed, and appropriately followed up.
• This role also supports the Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation (OPPE) process for APPs, including the collection, analysis, and reporting of clinical performance data.

• Master's degree required
• Physician Assistant- Certified with Master's
• License as Physician Assistant in Ohio
• Two years APP experience preferred
• Experience in healthcare quality improvement
