This role requires representing the Colombian program in inter-agency forums and maintaining high visibility with local authorities and host communities.
The incumbent is responsible for direct supervision of field office leaders, including performance management, coaching, and ensuring a safe working environment.

Must-have
5+ years humanitarian management experience
Fluency in English and Spanish required

Key Requirements
