JLL is seeking an Employee Engagement & Well Being Executive in Bengaluru, focusing on enhancing employee wellness initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a background in hospitality, nursing, or psychology, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with experience in integrated facilities management

Job Summary

  • Manage the client’s Wellness initiatives like Employee Assistance Program, Livewell and similar initiatives focusing on improving employee health & fitness.
  • Plan & organize offline/online engagement activities on the various wellness initiatives of the client and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Be the “Go to” person for all employees physical and mental wellbeing and coordinate the various activities at the site like RTPCR / RAT testing, vaccination drives and any others that may be set up.
