Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in L&D
Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, Education, or Business
Proven track record of designing successful learning programs
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Experience managing LMS and learning technologies
Excellent project management skills
Strong analytical skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage performance, influence, and delegate
Proven recruiting and retention of talent
Working knowledge of standard training development software
Proven implementation of ADDIE e-learning design principles
