This role ensures compliance with labour standards, human rights due diligence, and Modern Slavery Act requirements, while driving supplier diversity and inclusion programmes.

Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, Business, Sustainability, Human Rights, or related field
5 years of experience in social sustainability, ethical sourcing, or supply chain social compliance
Proven track record in managing social audit programmes
Experience with Modern Slavery Act compliance
Experience using social compliance platforms such as SEDEX, EcoVadis
