• Provide new hire training to Caterpillar employees and agency associates.
• Responsible for coordinating, documenting, maintaining, and scheduling other required training as needed.
• This is a 1st shift hourly position in Athens, GA starting at $26.62 /hour.

Key Requirements

• 3-5 years assembly experience
• Certified in crane operations
• Knowledge of torque processes
