The Health Care Compliance Officer leads compliance framework and program implementation in Nordics, and serves as the senior compliance leaders for this geography.
This role sets the strategic direction for the Health Care Compliance (HCC) program across the geography, ensuring that business practices and activities adhere to Johnson & Johnson’s internal policies, local laws and regulations, and global anti-corruption laws.
You will be responsible for defining, leading, and executing the long-term compliance strategy for the geography, translating global objectives into local priorities aligned with business needs and regulatory environments.

Key Requirements
Minimum 8 years of business experience
at least 3 years in compliance, legal, regulatory, or ethics roles
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HCC or related compliance function
Degree (Law, Finance, Business, Medical, or equivalent)
