Key Requirements
2-3 years experience as building operating engineer
High-pressure steam plant 500 BHP minimum
Centrifugal chillers 750 tons or greater
3rd Class DC Steam Operators license or equivalent preferred
HVAC or Electrical License / Certifications preferred
