Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
  • Five years HR leadership experience
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license

  • Master's degree preferred
  • HR Senior Certified Professional or PHR certification preferred
  • Public sector or educational environment experience preferred
