Base: $12,000 MXN monthly; Bonus/Equity: Hours extra available; Benefits: Weekly pay, 30 days aguinaldo, 40% vacation premium, 12 days vacation + 2 floating days, 13% savings fund, 10% grocery vouchers, restaurant vouchers, major medical expenses insurance, life insurance, vision and dental plan, company transport
