Job Summary

  • The HR Technology Lead is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of HR systems and applications for the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE).
  • Execute the HR technology strategy and roadmap, aligning it with the organizational vision and priorities.
  • Assist with tasks such as: gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, prototype demonstration, functional configuration, testing, and client user training as it relates to Workday and/or Service Now.
