Job Summary
The HR Technology Lead is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of HR systems and applications for the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE).
Execute the HR technology strategy and roadmap, aligning it with the organizational vision and priorities.
Assist with tasks such as: gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, prototype demonstration, functional configuration, testing, and client user training as it relates to Workday and/or Service Now.
