Managing databases of system and ensure the databases are available for application system.
Responsible for managing Database Operations, assisting in database design, creation of new databases, management of existing ones and maintenance of database documentation.
Resolving and closing all database issues as per SLA and creating/maintaining application user accounts in Asycuda World, SAP and Msonkho Online as per SLA.
