Job Summary
As a Control & Support Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Team Lead and Department Head in managing the Risk & Control framework across various operational risk programs.
Your responsibilities include developing and maintaining Key Risk and Controls Self-Assessment (KRSCA) , Key Operational Risk Indicators (KORI) , Management Risk Awareness , Incident Reporting , and Business Continuity Management (BCM) processes to ensure effective Business-As-Usual monitoring.
The role involves conducting periodic reviews, updating Standard Operating Procedures, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure risk awareness and operational excellence.
