Job Summary

• The Credit Review organization provides an independent assessment of the Company’s credit quality, key and emerging risks, and credit process execution to the Risk Committee of the Board of Directors and other stakeholders.
• Responsibilities include leading and coaching a team of senior credit reviewers, overseeing comprehensive review and continuous monitoring execution, and communicating results to executive level management, regulators and stakeholders.
• This role is eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience
• 10+ years transactional credit experience
• Master’s degree
• CFA or CPA certification
• Ability to support conclusions through fact-based analysis
• Leadership experience
