The position coordinates and directs daily operations within assigned areas under the supervision of the Nutrition Services Assistant/Associate Director.
The role is responsible for executing timely service that meets standards while supervising and training nutrition aides, sales assistants, and kitchen personnel.
Candidates must manage responsibility for sanitation plans and assist with the development and management of policies and procedures.

Must-have
600 hours kitchen equipment operation training
600 hours food preparation training
Supervision of nutrition aides and kitchen personnel
Enforcement of sanitation plans and quality standards
Management of labor redistribution for shift efficiency
Nice-to-have
1-3 years of management experience preferred
Partnership development with other departments
Training service staff in patient care
Experience with retail cafe operations
