The primary purpose of this role is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene, as well as monitoring and reporting changes in their condition.
The position requires a Certified Nursing Assistant license and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally, with reasonable accommodations made for individuals with disabilities.
