Employees must assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and oral care while ensuring they remain clean and comfortable.
The role requires accurate documentation of care provided in charts, flow sheets, and notes, along with prompt reporting of any accidents or changes in resident condition.
