Job Summary

  • Manage orders from order to cash end to end process according to all company policies and guidelines.
  • Handle all customer orders’ related enquiries, requests, escalation and maintain our service level and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with cross functional department and external logistic provider to ensure master data, inventory replenishment, goods delivery, stock take are accurately carried out and revenue recognized on timely basis.
