  • As the Lean Practitioner, Master you will support Lean implementation at the team level, facilitating problem-solving, standard work and continuous improvement.
  • This role works closely with Lean Leaders to build Lean capability and is the engine of continuous improvement, identifying inefficiencies, solving problems and contributing to the culture of Lean.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Quality, Engineering, or a related field

  • Experience leading business transformation projects
  • Demonstrated leadership capability
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proven analytical and systems-thinking
  • Excellent facilitation and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience in training, and coaching Lean and 6Sigma methods & tools
