  • The Business Analyst/Functional Consultant is responsible for CRM project life cycle execution including identification of business requirements, solution design, solution configuration and testing, documentation, conducting user test and user training.
  • The role requires strong CRM domain knowledge and a good understanding of business processes to deliver effective solutions.
  • Prior experience in CRM packaged solutions is considered an advantage for this position.
