Lead end-to-end governance for card issuing programs across payment networks, sponsor banks, and digital wallet ecosystems.
Own the full program lifecycle from opportunity assessment and commercial coordination to certification, testing, and production launch.
Act as the central program owner coordinating with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Legal, and Business teams.
