Job Summary

  • This role will play a crucial part in Nuffield’s long-term vision for clinical rehabilitation and will require the Rehabilitation Specialist to undertake remote (digital) and in person facilitation of exercise, emotion wellbeing support, healthy eating, and goal setting to aid the participants recovery.
  • The pathway will involve weekly 1to1s, group exercise classes (virtual and in person), promote goal setting and self-directed activity.

Salary

up to £27,993.16 pro rata depending on experience

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Deliver Nuffield Health Rehabilitation Programmes
  • Facilitate exercise, emotion wellbeing support, healthy eating, and goal setting
  • Undertake remote and in person facilitation
  • Organise and run rolling 12-week programmes
  • Facilitate live stream and in person group exercise classes
  • Engage in 1to1 telephone coaching

Nice-to-have

  • Demonstrate leadership and influencing skills
  • Good communicator, organised and self-motivated
  • Work collaboratively onsite, centrally and with our Charity team

Key Requirements

  • Level 3 Personal trainer qualification
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Previous experience working in a Rehabilitation Specialist position
  • Bsc (Hons) in Sports Rehabilitation (desired not essential)
