Job Summary

  • This role provides advice and guidance on all commercial and FERC regulatory U.S. legal matters affecting natural gas pipeline transportation and storage.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate various natural gas transportation agreements, precedent agreements, OBAs, interconnection agreements, confidentiality agreements, negotiated rate agreements, assignment assumption agreements and other related agreements.

Key Requirements
