This role provides advice and guidance on all commercial and FERC regulatory U.S. legal matters affecting natural gas pipeline transportation and storage.
Review, draft, and negotiate various natural gas transportation agreements, precedent agreements, OBAs, interconnection agreements, confidentiality agreements, negotiated rate agreements, assignment assumption agreements and other related agreements.

Key Requirements
Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school
Member in good standing of the Bar of at least one state
Minimum of 2-3 years of legal experience
Proficiency in word processing and legal research tools
