Job Summary
This role offers real-world training and work experience in the aerospace industry through the Military DoD SkillBridge program for separating Service members.
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance on Commercial Jet Engine Test Cell equipment while adhering to strict safety protocols.
Participants are not eligible for compensation from GE Aerospace as they continue to receive military compensation and benefits during their active duty status.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Active Military personnel on last 180 days of service
Preventative and corrective maintenance experience
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Experience with industrial maintenance environments
Nice-to-have
Humble and eager to learn attitude
Strong analytical problem-solving abilities
Experience with PLC controls and instrumentation
Willingness to work weekend shifts and overtime
Familiarity with NFPA 70E safety standards
Key Requirements
Associate's degree in technical field OR High School Diploma with 2 years technical experience
Must be U.S. Person (Citizen, LPR, Asylee, or Refugee)
Authorization from unit commander for SkillBridge participation
