Job Summary
As a Maintenance Technician II, you will be responsible for performing daily maintenance tasks, diagnosing and repairing issues in electrical, plumbing, and appliances, and preparing vacant apartments for new residents.
You will also participate in the emergency on-call rotation, and your work will directly impact the safety, cleanliness, and overall appeal of the property.
