This role involves owning and optimizing Yardi Voyager and RentCafe across Greystar's European portfolio to boost accuracy and reduce manual work.
The successful candidate will act as a go-to expert for system compliance, upgrades, and complex issue resolution while leading end-to-end project delivery.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Expert proficiency in Yardi Voyager 7S
Experience with ETLs, YSR, SSRS, and SQL scripts
Knowledge of Yardi Residential, International, GL modules
Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills
Fluency in English and at least one European language
Nice-to-have
Experience in property sector or residential apartments
Familiarity with EU regulatory assets and compliance
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Passion for customer service and positive attitude
Experience with Microsoft Project and Access
Key Requirements
Expert level Yardi Voyager 7S experience
Solid understanding of ETLs, YSR, SSRS, and complex SQL
Proficiency in financial accounting modules (AR/AP, GL)
Fluent English plus Dutch, German, French, or Spanish
Experience in operational business systems administration
