Opella is seeking a Consolidation Expert to support their financial consolidation processes while ensuring compliance with IFRS and enhancing the technical expertise of their team. The role requires significant experience in group consolidation and accounting, along with proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills

Job Summary

  • Reinforce the technical depth of the consolidation team and support a demanding production rhythm.
  • Lead the most technical steps of the close process, including scope and method definition, mappings, FX translation, intercompany eliminations, equity method, step acquisitions/disposals, opening balances and changes in ownership.
  • Act as a power user of the consolidation system (SAP FC/BFC), ensuring data integrity, appropriate validation rules and strong exception reporting.
