Job Summary

• Draft and update welfare benefit plan documents, including summary plan descriptions and summaries of benefits and coverage, in accordance with internal and client guidelines.
• Understand and apply applicable laws and regulations in the preparation of welfare benefit plan documents.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of five years of relevant experience
• Working knowledge of COBRA and ERISA
