Job Summary
Coordinate and participate in the recruiting and hiring of staff, as well as process employment related documentation and coordinate payroll and employee benefit programs.
Plan, conduct, and document required fire/internal disaster and external mass casualty drills, and organize in-service education programs for staff to assure competency in new skills.
Supervise staff, including taking or assisting with appropriate disciplinary measures, and provide direct resident/patient care while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Requirements
Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing
Valid RN or LVN/LPN License
Current CPR certification
1 year direct patient care experience in long term care
1 year experience planning/implementing education programs
