The Associate Director Medical Science Liaison is responsible for providing direction, guidance, and support to a team of MSLs in an assigned region and direct territory responsibilities when no MSL coverage is available.
Key responsibilities include assessing and improving MSL performance, ensuring successful execution of MSL strategic plans, and representing Medical Affairs management as a cross-functional partner.
The role requires frequent travel (50% or more) and involves engaging key thought leaders, exchanging scientific information, and reporting field intelligence.

Salary
Base: $230-280K annually; Bonus/Equity: Dependent on position offered; Benefits: Range of health and welfare and/or other benefits
