Our company is going through a sustained period of growth and we have an excellent opportunity for Architectural Technician to join our team based in Livingston.
You will be a key part of our in-house design team, collaborating with the Senior Architectural Technician on various building warrant applications and submissions.
Up to £30,000 base; Pension scheme, Life assurance & access to flexible benefits scheme; 32 days annual leave (Inc. statutory bank holidays, Christmas/New Year Closure!)

Key Requirements
HNC/HND/BSc Hons in Architectural Technology
Knowledge of insulation measures and thermal bridge
Experience with Building Notices, Building Warrants, Planning Applications
Basic knowledge of renewables (PV & ASHP) and Retrofit
