• The 2-year HR traineeship program allows you to discover yourself through a wide selection of professional and personal skills trainings, with rotations designed to expose you to the latest developments within the HR discipline.
• During your rotations, you will work on impactful HR projects, contribute to sustainability goals, and have opportunities for international experience and networking within ING.
• Upon completion, you will benefit from a permanent contract and be prepared for roles such as HR Business Partner or Expert within a Center of Excellence team, with ongoing coaching and training.
