Key Requirements
Experience leading quality engineering or assurance teams
Background in hybrid microelectronics or aerospace manufacturing
Expertise in MIL PRF 38534 and defense standards
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar technical field
Must have US citizenship
Six Sigma certification or continuous improvement experience preferred
