Job Summary
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for evaluating and improving plant efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness through projects focusing on product flow, process reliability, quality issues, and labor/machine efficiency.
This position plays a critical role in the development and control of new processes and procedures and has a heavy presence on the manufacturing floor, readily available to the team.
The role includes coordinating plant-wide improvement projects, facilitating continuous improvement activities, developing capital expenditure proposals, and training production operators in cellular principles.

Key Requirements

5+ years related experience in cellular manufacturing environment

Familiar with Deform simulator
Familiarity with basic accounting principles
Blueprint reading and measuring equipment experience required
